We are Emma Willis and Owen Manby, two producers who love what we do. For over a decade, we have led, trained and scaled creative production teams. We’ve worked client-side, brand-side, and agency-side, making beautiful things with hundreds of talented people from all over the world.

The Mission

Being a producer is the best job in the world, but it’s hard! There’s no formal learning path or career track to become a producer, so we all just wing it, picking up whatever knowledge and skills we can along the way.

We want to change that by becoming the first accrediting body to offer producers an industry-backed education, raising the value and visibility of our profession inside and outside the creative industries.
